Beef and Pork
Sippel Family Farm Meat

Animals at the Sippel Family Farm are raised humainely and
without hormones or antibiotics. They are processed at a state
inspected facility, Link's Country Meats, in Crestline, Ohio. All
meat is sold frozen and vacuum sealed.


Beef: . The beef is pasture raised ( grass-fed) very lean and needs
to only be cooked to Medium rare, so if you like well don
e meat,
this is not the meat for you, it doesn’t have enough fat to be
cooked well done. All beef is frozen and vacuum packed in clear
bags, usually 2 steaks ( all 1 inch thick) to the package, sirloin and
strip are only 1 to package. Ground is in 1 lb package.

Pork:   
Raised on our vegetable scraps and grain from our local
mill.
We typically have the following available: Hot Italian, Sweet
Italian,
chorizo ( not smoked, fresh),   brautwurst and breakfast
sausage
( maple and sage). Usually we have thick chops, thin
chops, ribs, shoulder roast,  bacon,and plain ground. As well as
feet, neck, and fat if you like. All pork is vacuum packed in clear
bags, 2 chops to a pack,
8 breakfast sausage and 4 per pack of the
other sausage. Ground is in 1lb package.
